Don Bosco Technical Institute – Makati City, the Philippines, 12 November 2016—The youngest members and leaders of the SALESIAN YOUTH MOVEMENT – FIN converged yesterday for the 7th Kidsfest with the theme: #SYM Kiddie Adventure: Little Steps towards Holiness. Close to 200 children from the elementary level came from nine settings: Don Bosco Technical Institute-Tarlac, Don Bosco Academy Pampanga, St. Dominic Savio Parish, Don Bosco Technical Institute-Makati, San Ildefonso Parish, National Shrine of Mary Help of Christians, Don Bosco College Canlubang, Diocesan Shrine of Mary Help of Christians, and Caritas Don Bosco School.
The celebration of the Holy Mass capped off the festivities with Fr. Ian Rosal, SDB as the main celebrant. FrBob Zarate, SDB of Don Bosco Pampanga and Fr. Donnie Duchin Duya, SDB of Don Bosco Makati concelebrated. A team from the Chiro Youth Movement of Chiro Pilipinas animated the participants through various activities which brought out the #adventurers in them.
