Fr. Arnold Sanico, SDB was installed by Most Rev. Rolando Tirona as Parish Priest of Our Lady of Mt Carmel Parish in Naga City.
We accompany Fr. Arnold that like St. John Marie Vianney, he may be true shepherd of souls.
