SALESIAN MISSIONARY IN FOCUS: FR. ROEL SOTO, SDB sent to Cambodia to be a missionary. He is a Kapampangan and an alumnus of DBA Bacolor. He is now the Provincial of their delegation. Fr. Roel Soto was one of the original members of the “Lahar” Community that survived the lahar flow that covered DBA Bacolor back in 1995. May Fr. Roel Soto’s life be a challenge to us to be open to God’s call and be surprised by His grace as He sends us to where salvation of souls is needed. God bless his delegation and his confreres.
