Laguna, 2 March 2021–Don Bosco College – Canlubang and Don Bosco TVET Center – Calauan paid a courtesy visit to the new Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Provincial Director of Laguna, Hon. Archie Grande accompanied by Fr. Onofre G. Inocencio Jr., SDB, a TESDA Board member.
We thank PD Archie for his heartwarming welcome and the spirited conversation we carried on in our encounter as we get to know and be comfortable with each other directed towards the pursuit of the development of TVET to realize the direction set by TESDA National Office towards a policy-based, sector-based, area-based and market-driven approach in the development of TVET.
This direction has already been initiated through the initiative of a pilot group (CALABARZON Conversations) that first implemented the DIPLOMA PROGRAM approved at the national level.
