This event, aimed at cultivating knowledge and empowering future leaders in agriculture, brought together young minds, industry experts, and stakeholders passionate about shaping the future of agriculture in the Philippines. The Jollibee Group Foundation was one the biggest industry partners of Don Bosco Agro Mechanical Technology Center.

The three-day journey was a dynamic blend of interactive workshops, insightful panel discussions, hands-on activities, and engaging field trips, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the agricultural sector.
Day one commenced with inspiring activities, one of those was getting to know each other using adjectives to describe one self. The other activity includes writing about expectations, the view about driving innovation, and sustainability in agriculture. Participants delved into a series of workshops focused on agripreneurship, sustainable farming practices, and leveraging technology for agricultural development.
Day two saw participants immersing themselves in the heart of agriculture with field trips to local farms and agricultural cooperatives (BGC farm community). These hands-on experiences allowed participants to gain firsthand insights into the realities of farming, interact with local farmers, and witness innovative agricultural practices in action.
The final day of the learning journey culminated in a series of discussions featuring topics ranged from food security and climate resilience to youth engagement and empowerment in agriculture. Participants actively engaged in thought-provoking discussions, sharing ideas, experiences, and innovative solutions to address the pressing challenges facing the agricultural sector.

Throughout the event, networking sessions provided participants with valuable opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals, mentors, and potential collaborators, fostering a sense of community and collaboration among youth passionate about agriculture.
